We are looking for an Outbound sales associate/ Recruiters who will be responsible for filling job positions ranging from Doctors ($200 per new hire),General Managers to retail sales associates for our 50 + stores and growing. Stanton Optical and My Eyelab is one of the fastest growing optical retail stores in the United States. We currently have 50+ stores and adding another 18 more within the next 12 months. Our ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, a high sense of Urgency and provides world class sales experience.

    The Recruiter job responsibilities include:

     As a Recruiter you will be making outbound calls to competitions and other retails stores to get the most talented people. We only want the BEST!
     Determines applicant requirements by studying job description, job qualifications, interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
     Utilize the Internet for recruitment

    -- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
    -- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment
    -- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

     Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies,recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
     Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
     Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
     Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
     Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
     Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in B2C OR B2B as well as cold call and telemarketing (preferred)
     Excellent Verbal/Spoken English level
